All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Our tableware sets and individual pieces are handcrafted and finished in small batches; slight variations in glaze, texture and form are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.
All transactions are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant international payment gateways (PayPal and major credit card acquirers). We do not store full card details on our servers. By placing an order you confirm that all billing information you provide is accurate and complete.
We ship our artisanal tableware worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or local import fees applicable in their respective countries. Orders are dispatched once production is complete; you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
